How It Works
We remove and clean your vent registers. With the Rotobrush® we clean your air ducts through all of the supply vent openings working all the way back to your air handler. Using this method much of the ductwork in your main trunk line is overlapped which ensures optimum surface coverage and source removal cleaning as recommended by the NADCA. Then we Rotobrush® your air return(s) back to the air handler.

We clean and sanitize, air wash, and vacuum the air handler, the coils and blower fan when accessible. *(See HVAC Diagram)
3. Sanitizing the Entire HVAC System:
Using a fogger we spray a mist through your air return(s) with the air handler fan running to circulate it throughout the entire air duct system. We use an environmentally safe, EPA registered chemical specifically for use in ductwork systems to eliminate bacteria, germs, fungi, odor, mildew and mold. This product is commonly used in hospitals and does not require the evacuation of family members or pets from the occupied space while the chemical is being used. You are left with the assurance of fresh, clean, and virtually contaminant-free air in your home. *(See HVAC Diagram)
